The City of Eugene will present the LOWER RIVER ROAD CONCEPT PLAN at the monthly meeting of the River Road Community Organization. This plan outlines a vision for future bicycle, pedestrian and transit improvements as well as recommendations for preserving and protecting the Willamette River and open space in the area.
